Connectlift Mate is built for users who value time, simplicity, and privacy. We created this Chrome Extension to help you connect smarter on LinkedIn without ever compromising your trust or data.

We believe that privacy is not a luxury it’s a fundamental right. Our goal is to give you a powerful tool that works entirely in your browser, without collecting a single byte of your personal data.

1. Zero Data Collection

Connectlift Mate does not collect, share, sell, or analyze any user data period.

• No personal information
• No browsing history
• No email addresses, passwords, or LinkedIn data
• No background trackers

2. Fully Local Storage

Everything you save (notes, messages, queries, preferences) is stored only using chrome.storage.local inside your browser’s memory. This means:

• We never see your content
• You control your data
• Nothing ever leaves your browser

3. How the Extension Works

Connectlift Mate helps you:

• Insert pre-written notes/messages into LinkedIn fields
• Switch between templates with one click
• Save time with ready-to-use Boolean search queries

It only interacts with LinkedIn’s input fields to help you insert what you’ve saved that’s it.

4. No Access to Credentials

We do not and cannot access your LinkedIn login, cookies, tokens, or private messages. Connectlift Mate only sees the editable input box on the page not your profile or account data.

5. Permission Usage (Explained Clearly)

• storage To store your notes, messages, and preferences locally
• tabs To insert content into the right LinkedIn tab when you click
• host_permissions To enable smooth interaction with LinkedIn pages only

6. No Hidden Agendas

We do not use analytics, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party APIs. We don’t even use Google Analytics. Our code is lightweight, transparent, and focused purely on utility not monetization.

7. Data Deletion on Uninstall

If you uninstall Connectlift Mate, all your saved data is wiped from your browser. Nothing is retained on our end. You can also manually delete your saved content anytime via the Settings page in the extension.

8. Transparency You Can Verify

Our code is simple and readable. Feel free to inspect it via Chrome’s Developer Tools or visit our GitHub repository. There are no hidden scripts, no surprises just ethical code.

9. Your Rights & Freedom of Choice

You have full control over:

• What you save or delete
• When and how you use Connectlif tMate
• Whether to use default notes or manually pick messages
